EPELE TRIO –
The New Voice of Israeli Klezmer
Born from a deep love for Klezmer music, EPELE Trio brings together three visionary musician-artists who dare to reimagine tradition. Their name, “Epele” - a small, juicy apple in Yiddish - hints at something familiar yet full of fresh flavor. Blending traditional Klezmer melodies with original compositions and songs in Hebrew and Yiddish, EPELE Trio forges a bold, modern take on Jewish musical heritage. This is Klezmer with Israeli spirit - music that can ignite a jam session in a Tel Aviv loft just as it once set fire to the shtetl streets. Imagine a wandering Klezmer fiddler stepping through a 21st-century door… finding himself in the home of a cosmopolitan musician with wide-open windows to the world. From that moment - a new sound is born: rooted in the wedding feast of our ancestors, yet dancing freely in today’s urban heartbeat.
EPELE Trio is not nostalgia – it is evolution.
